ZF-501型多功能紫外透射儀的用途：
ZF-501AB型多功能紫外透射儀是我廠在征集了廣大用戶建議，總結(jié)了我廠多年來制造這方面儀器的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，參照了國外同類儀器的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，會(huì)同有關(guān)專家精心設(shè)計(jì)制造的新一代實(shí)驗(yàn)分析儀器，它的研制成功，為我國的現(xiàn)代科學(xué)研究，提供了又一種新的工具。
可廣泛適用于PCR工程、遺傳工程、分子遺傳學(xué)、微生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、生物制品，醫(yī)學(xué)衛(wèi)生、藥品藥物的研究和檢定。該儀器還可適用于衛(wèi)生防疫部門，食品行業(yè)，紡織行業(yè)，石油橡膠化工行業(yè)，探礦行業(yè)，考古部門對(duì)文物的鑒定，*部門的痕檢及對(duì)假票的檢定，適用于凡是需要進(jìn)行熒光分析和檢定的部門，是從事現(xiàn)代科學(xué)研究部門，檢驗(yàn)監(jiān)督部門的常用*儀器。
，兩側(cè)各安裝了254nm和365nm的紫外光源，并在一側(cè)安裝了可見光源，透射紫外光源采有310nm紫外光源，燈管采用緊密排列，儀器可另外配備攝影照相裝置。
經(jīng)過有關(guān)部門使用后鑒定，**為：該儀器不但可以用可見光源對(duì)一班的資料圖片進(jìn)行反拍，由有兩側(cè)都有紫外光源，在使用兩側(cè)紫外光源時(shí)，被檢物質(zhì)的清晰度可大大提高，在使用透射紫外光源對(duì)DNA和RNA的條帶進(jìn)行觀察和拍攝時(shí)，因?yàn)椴捎昧烁鞣N波長紫外光和緊密形排列安裝新工藝，所以其清晰度可接近國外同類儀器的水平，并排除了在照相底片上出現(xiàn)燈管陰影的現(xiàn)象，確有多種用途和多種功能的實(shí)驗(yàn)分析儀器。
的技術(shù)規(guī)范和注意事項(xiàng)：
儀器底部為透射式的可見光源和310中波紫外光源另可按用戶需要配365nm或254nm，紫外光源，用于蛋白類凝膠泳區(qū)帶和核酸凝膠電泳區(qū)帶的檢測和攝影。

　　ZF-501AB Type Multi-function Ultraviolet Ray Transmitting Apparatus has been set ultraviolet ray source of 254nm and 365nm at each side,and perceptible light at one side. The transmitting Ultraviolet Ray source applies with 310nm Ultraviolet Ray source. The light pipes are put in tight order.The apparatus could be allocated with photographic apparatus.
